I coach to make an impact and a change in players lives. I want to teach them lessons that won’t only help them improve their volleyball skills but allow them to succeed outside of volleyball. I want to make sure every player knows that they are seen and appreciated. I also want to continue to allow the girls to play the sport they love and continue to grow their love for the sport.
