Coaching Experience
I coached a local middle school team when I was in high school. In 2018-2019 I coached the crusaders 16s club team. I also coached various camps and clinics throughout my four years at St. Cloud State University.
Playing Experience
I have been playing volleyball for 10 years in all positions, with my main position being middle blocker. I played throughout middle school and high school in my hometown Des Moines Iowa. I also played 7 years of club in Des Moines with my final two years playing for Iowa Power Volleyball Association (IPVA). I continued playing at St. Cloud State for four years with my final season being this last one, 2021. I got to play for two conference titles, one of which we one and got to play in two NCAA tournaments.
Why I Coach
I coach because I love the sport of volleyball. I also had many coaches who impacted me as a player and person and I want to give back and do the same.
Future Plans/Interests
I am starting a job as a pharmacy account manager for United Health Group in June. I also will be visiting 12 countries in Europe in March. I hope to continue to play and coach volleyball and travel.
Current Hobies
Volleyball, traveling, reading, cooking and watching movies.
